Please contact Maxon support for all issues regarding ZBrush licensing. If you’ve transferred your license you need the Maxon App and the Maxon version of ZBrush. Where did you download your installer from? Maxon ZBrush is a different program and uses a different installer from the old Pixologic legacy system. I have downloaded the latest installer 2022.0.8 and installed it on the new machine.
